Confidentiality statement for VekstKlar

1. Purpose

This statement governs how OpenInfo processes business ideas and information shared through VekstKlar.

2. Confidential processing

OpenInfo treats submitted business ideas as confidential and will not knowingly copy, exploit or share the specific idea with unauthorised parties without consent, unless disclosure is required by law.

3. Use of information and providers

The information is used to provide the requested AI assessment, generate selected additional deliverables, operate the service and maintain necessary usage and payment records. The idea and relevant information may be processed by external AI and search providers. Payment information is processed by the payment provider.

VekstKlar may also search publicly available sources using the name and municipality you provide to assess relevant experience and local context. Use a team or company name if you do not want a personal search.

4. Rights and independent development

You retain all rights to your idea. Submission does not grant OpenInfo ownership or intellectual property rights. OpenInfo may still work on similar solutions developed independently of your submission.

5. Storage and privacy

The assessment is stored in your account so you can access it later. You can delete assessments from your account. Personal data is processed in accordance with OpenInfo’s privacy policy.
