On Friday 20 November 2026, InfoDesk AS and Skjld Labs host a free seminar day at Microsoft in Oslo. OpenInfo contributes technology to the day. The seminar is for leaders, administrators, grant managers and volunteer coordinators in associations, foundations and nonprofits.
The day shows how Copilot and agents are used with Teams and SharePoint, what the EU AI Act means for nonprofits, and where your organisation should start with AI. Lunch and coffee breaks are included. The programme and registration are in Norwegian.
Registration with Skjld Labs
OpenInfo does not take registrations for this event. Registration is free, takes under a minute and is handled on Skjld Labs' page for the seminar day. There are 130 seats and no waiting list, so register early.
OpenInfo's contribution
OpenInfo contributes technology to the seminar day together with InfoDesk AS and Skjld Labs. At the seminar day in April 2026, the AI agents Grant Finder and Grant Writer, developed by OpenInfo, were launched for nonprofits. In November the programme goes further: from grant opportunity to verifiable application, and a Copilot agent the whole organisation can use.
What you will learn
- Safe AI in the organisation. The EU AI Act, Norwegian implementation, privacy and security. Which questions to ask before adopting new AI tools.
- Better grant applications. Grant Finder and Grant Writer find opportunities and draft applications from your own sources, with requirement checks and human quality control.
- Copilot agents with your own sources. Knowledge from SharePoint in agents that can be shared in Teams. Access, licences, ownership and maintenance.
- AI Compass. A structured AI interview that maps work processes and helps you prioritise where to begin.
- A plan for adoption in Microsoft 365. Choose a Copilot pilot and prepare SharePoint, access and devices with Entra ID and Intune.
- Microsoft Elevate. Opportunities and resources for nonprofits.
Programme
Doors open at 09:45. The seminar runs from 10:00 to 16:00.
